READY FOR A RETREAT?

As much as being a parent is fulfilling, rewarding, and the best job ever, sometimes it is necessary to take care of YOU! Take the weekend to reconnect with yourself and replenish. You give SO much... are you ready for two quiet, nourishing nights away? For four lovely yoga and movement classes, uninterrupted? All your meals cooked for you? How about not cleaning up, not one dish or sock? Sleeping on your schedule? Quality time shared with other parents and friends? Walks in the country? Read a book? Get a massage? Do a craft project? Jacuzzi bath? Free time to do whatever YOU want to do? This one is for you!

*This yoga retreat is for mother-identified parents and parents who have birthed children.

SPEING 2026 Retreat

DATES:

APRIL 10-12, 2026- Friday, at 4 pm - Sunday at 3 pm

WHERE:

We will retreat to the newly renovated Raven Ridge in Onalaska, WA, just 1 hour and 45 minutes from Portland.

Raven Ridge is a gorgeous Lodge with views of Mt. St. Helens and Mt. Adams and plenty of space for time together and apart.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

The price includes lodging, 6 delicious meals & 1 Happy Hour, and 4 yoga and movement classes

This room is for 2 people sharing the king sized bed and a gorgeous private bathroom. Plus gorgeous views.

SHARED BUNK ROOM WITH 2 BUNKBEDS - Room #7

This room is to be shared by 4 people. It has bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom and a single on top. Shared bathroom

This is a private room for 1 person with a shared bathroom.

Schedule:

Friday
Arrive & Settle in- 3:30 - 4:00 pm
Welcome & Yoga Class- 4:00- 6:00 pm
Dinner- 7:00 pm

Saturday
Breakfast- 7:30 - 9:00 am
Yoga Class- 9:15 - 10:45 am
Lunch- 12:00 pm
Free time
Restorative Yoga Class- 4:30 - 6:00 pm
Happy Hour Gathering- 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Dinner- 7:00 pm

Sunday
Breakfast- 7:30-10:00 am
Yoga class-  10:45 am – 12:00 pm
Lunch- 1:00 pm
Free time until we have to leave Raven Ridge Lodge at 3pm

PROPS:

You will need to bring your own yoga props. We recommend a mat, block, blanket, strap and bolster/pillows.

I have a few extra mats, blankets, blocks and bolsters that can be borrowed.  Let me know if you need some.

RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you cancel 6 weeks or more before the retreat, we will happily give you a 100% refund, less $50.

  • If it is less than 6 weeks from the date of the retreat, we will give you a 100% refund if we are able to fill your spot, less $100.

  • If it is less than 6 weeks to 1 month from the date of the retreat, and we are not able to fill your spot, we will refund everything minus $250

  • If it is less than 1 month in advance of the retreat and we are not able to fill your spot, we sadly cannot give you a refund and will need to charge you for the full amount of the retreat.
