A Day of Pause: Practices & Understandings For Peri-Meno:Pause

This Day Retreat is day of nourishment, learning & community using the wise tools of Ayurveda, Yoga and Pelvic Floor and Core Body Awareness for the transitioning times of peri-menopause and menopause.

Let’s spend the day together exploring the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body to navigate your menopause transition prioritizing your holistic well being.

Join Shana Celnicker-Chong (www.fromyourcenter.com) and Danielle Hanna of the Menopause Collective (www.livingartsayurveda.com) for a day of Yoga, Movement and Ayurvedic tools of  support to help the transition of Peri to Post Menopause and to grow community, conversation and connection.

day Retreat Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel 1 month or more before the retreat, we will happily give you a 100% refund, less $50.

• If it is less than 1 month from the date of the retreat, we will give you a 100% refund if we are able to fill your spot, less $50.

• If it is less than 1 month to 2 weeks from the date of the retreat, and we are not able to fill your spot, we will refund everything minus $100

• If it is less than 2 weeks in advance of the retreat and we are not able to fill your spot, we sadly cannot give you a refund and will need to charge you for the full amount of the retreat.
