Menopause Day Retreat

Who: You, in all stages and phases from peri-post menopause

What:  A day retreat using tools of support to help the transition of Menopause and to grow community, conversation and connection in natural health 

Included: coffee, tea, lunch and a hands on project plus learning, moving and rest all held by community.

Where: Liminalia (near Vernonia, OR)

When: Sunday April 21st from 9:30am - 4:00pm

A Waiver and more information will be sent out the first week in April.
